Early registration extended to March 14

The early registration deadline has been extended to March 14th.
In addition, there will be two new categories of registration:
- remote presentation for authors who decide to present and participate in ISCRAM 2016 remotely;
- remote participation for non-presenters of papers.
The registration system will re-open on March 1st.
